I don’t typically go for flavored coffees, but this one was incredible.
The description reads, “Graham Cracker, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Hazelnut”, and I’d say that’s an accurate assessment.
I’ve been using raw honey to sweeten it up, and then I pour it over ice with a bit of cream.
Absolutely amazing stuff, and I’d recommend it to anyone who likes a dessert coffee.

This is the coffee that I fell in love with! It was the 2nd flavored coffee I had tasted from Dark Canyon and it’s my all time favorite. It’s hard to explain the feeling I have when I savor the flavor. Maybe it takes me back to my younger days and camp fires, but whatever it is, I know that I’m never wrong to brew up a cup. I like it best when I make it one cup at a time. It took a bit of experimenting to get the flavor “just right” but once I did, UMMMMM. I have a one cup drip pot and use 1 1/2 scoops to 14 oz water. Perfect for me.

This coffee is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I prefer light and sweet coffee and this calls out to me in the morning. I use a little vanilla creamer and I am in coffee nirvana. I wish is came in K-cups!

This is simply the best coffee that I have ever brewed at home, and I’ve never found anything remotely close to it. I love the flavor and I use a little hazelnut creamer with it. I use to drink it on my summer vacations as a treat to myself, but it’s just to good to only have on vacation! Now I buy it in bulk! Like a customer said in another review, it is coffee nirvana!

This light sound odd, but mix half of the Fireside Favorite and half of the Jazzy Java for a taste just as incredible if not more. By a happy accident, my Jazzy Java beans were mixed in my grinder with Fireside and it was *chef’s kiss*
