Easy. Head to your account portal, find the subscription you want to tweak, click “Edit,” then hit “Delivery Schedule.” From there, pick how often you want your coffee fix—more often, less often, whatever keeps you caffeinated and happy.
We roast your coffee fresh—no sitting around on a shelf. Your first order ships within two business days of purchase. After that, your subscription will ship on the schedule you picked (every 1, 2 or 3 months).
Need to pause the bean flow? Totally fine. Log into your account portal, find the subscription you want to pause, and hit the “Skip Shipment” button. It’s like putting your coffee on snooze. You won’t be charged, nothing ships, and your subscription stays right where you left it. Great for vacations, overstocked cabinets, or just taking a little coffee breather
Moving? Going off-grid? No worries. Just log into your account portal, click on the subscription you want to update, scroll down to “Shipping Address,” and hit “Edit Shipping Address.” Want to change your billing address too? Head to “Account,” then “Manage Address.” A few clicks and your coffee will know exactly where to find you—no missed deliveries, no sad mornings.
