Shipping

Shipping in South Dakota

We deliver to the Southern Hills Wednesdays, Northern Hills on Thursdays, and Rapid City on Fridays. We also use Local delivery services in the Black Hills and Western Wyoming.

Shipping Out of South Dakota

We use UPS Ground for regular shipping. Pick up is Monday-Friday at 3pm MST. Within our 5-state region, it usually delivers in 1-2 days, excluding weekends. We can arrange truck delivery if orders regularly exceed 100 lbs.

Pickup

We offer local pickup at our Rapid City location at 324 East Blvd. Call ahead at least 2 hours before for us to prepare your Pickup Order.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for qualifying orders of 50lbs or more. Shipping discounts do not apply to product, nor cumulative orders of 50lbs.

Turnaround Time

Orders received before noon ship same day. Allow extra production time for 3oz bags, special roasts and/or very large orders.

Warranty and Returns

Products damaged during transport will be replaced free of charge, with proof of damage, such as a UPS damage report. Such damage and other issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and if a product isn't what you expected or up to your expectations, we'll replace it or issue a refund or credit. We will not however take back orders due to a change of mind. Our coffees are roasted and packaged to order specifications; payment expected upon production.
